For Membership Cancellations:

To cancel online:  click the link above, answer a few question and use your barcode, birthdae and zipcode or Memberhsip number to cancel. 

If your membership is finance and you still have a few payment lefts, there will be an email to submit a written request to cancel.

If you prefer to mail a letter, it can be mailed to the address below (certified letter is recommended):
